Bertrand Carrière, a Québec photographer welcomed for a residency this past summer by Promenades Photographiques, will be on exhibit from November 3 to 26, 2014, at the Orangerie of the Vendôme chateau.
The first phase of his residency will be presented this fall, but those interested in discovering all the work done by Bertrand Carrière during it will have to wait until next summer and visit the 11th edition of Promenades.
The artistic residency was made possible thanks to the Bridge over the Atlantic project developed by Promenades photographiques in Vendôme and Rencontres Internationales de la Photographie en Gaspésie.
This is a cultural-cooperation project that over a period of two years (2013-2014) has enabled us to build bridges between our events, the artists and our respective territories, the goal being to launch new creation and dissemination platforms in our two lands, France and Québec.
The vernissage for Bertrand Carrière’s exhibit will be held on Friday, October 31 at 6 p.m.
